Meet Tori. Tori is a beautiful plush coat 5 year old German Shepherd Dog that we rescued from the shelter. Tori came in with sores, skin issues and an issue with one of her legs. We soon learned she was also heartworm positive. :( Tori was seen by an orthopedic surgeon who said she had an old injury. And even though she limps, it’s healed up and not painful for her. She does wear a protective sock so she doesn’t scrape that paw on the ground when walking. Tori has finished her heartworm treatment. In a month she will be retested for heartworms to make sure she is clear. Tori absolutely loves everyone! She is so eager to please and she will stay right by your side. She just loves being with people. Tori is dog friendly too. Tori is being fostered near West Palm Beach, Florida.
